The first thing I don’t think people understand about Crohn’s Disease or IBD is that it is an AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE! People see Crohn’s Disease or Inflammatory Bowel Disease and they just don’t associate it with being an autoimmune disease… but, IT IS! This means that what is supposed to be good…
